Your profile:

• You’re IT-savvy : You have completed training as an IT specialist in application development or have comparable qualifications and you’re highly skilled in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• You’re proactive : You identify problems and optimization opportunities before others and take initiative.
• You have experience : IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are second nature to you.
• You’re curious about AI : You’re eager to explore new technologies and integrate AI tools into your daily work to drive continuous improvement.
• You’re solution-oriented : You tackle problems in a structured and sustainable way.
• You’re organized : You manage your time effectively and set clear priorities.
