Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to align IT systems with organisational goals, recommend technology upgrades, and develop a sustainable IT architecture to support growth.
• Oversee the implementation and improvement of security measures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognised standards (ISO 27001 experience desirable).
• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Manage, coach, and develop the IT team, identifying training needs and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Skills / Must have

• Several years in IT management, with proven experience in infrastructure, cloud, application development, and security.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices; ISO 27001 familiarity advantageous.
• Track record in delivering IT strategies and leading projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven approach.

Salary

• €90,000-€110,0000 salary per annum
