Your tasks

This involves ensuring that IT hardware and software is procured in line with requirements and providing technical support for internal employees in order to guarantee smooth IT operations.

IT procurement

• Determining requirements in collaboration with specialist departments.
• Obtaining offers and comparing suppliers.
• Ordering and tracking of IT equipment, tools, PPE, work clothing, software, etc.

IT support

• Support for internal employees (hardware, software, network).
• Installation and configuration of devices and applications.
• Error analysis and forwarding to specialist departments
• Maintenance of IT documentation

Asset management

• Management of IT inventory (devices, licenses)
• Ensuring adherence to compliance and security guidelines

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of hardware, software and network technology
• Basics in IT administration (Windows) and setting up IT equipment
• Experience in procurement processes and SAP is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 365
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Problem-solving skills and organizational talent
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
