Your responsibilities

  • Support and expand our European Automotive OEM customer base in the fields of battery-, exterior- and interior-products
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with our OEM customers
  • Handle customer correspondence, arrange appointments and conduct meetings independently
  • Manage negotiations and price adjustments

Project management & process support

  • Support all phases of automotive projects: from concept phase to SOP and ramp-up
  • Handle change management in ongoing projects
  • Collaborate closely with our worldwide production plants and our headquarters in Korea
  • Contribute to company-wide sales and project management activities

Further responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and cost calculations based on customer requests
  • Coordinate technical details with plants and internal departments
  • Support trade fairs and sales events
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to social media marketing and expand your network in the automotive sector.

Your profile

Must-haves

  • Degree in engineering, business administration or industrial engineering
  • First experiences in the automotive industry – ideally with a Tier-One supplier or in direct contact with OEM customers
  • Initial experience in (key) account management or sales in the automotive field
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (at least C2 in German and C1 in English)
  • Strong customer orientation with a confident and friendly demeanor
  • Results-driven and solution-oriented working style
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for international collaboration
  • Permanent residence in Germany or the Czech Republic

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Czech or Korean
  • Experience in social media or digital sales approaches
