Junior PMO / Project Controller (m/f/x)

Would you like to play an active role in shaping projects and at the same time build up sound experience in project management? As a Junior PMO / Project Controller, you will support the management, analysis and documentation of projects and thus contribute to the success of our customer and internal projects.

Your tasks as a Junior PMO / Project Controller (m/f/x)

As a Junior PMO / Project Controller (m/f/x), you will be part of our PMO team and support the planning, management and analysis of projects. You will create reports and forecasts, contribute to budget and resource planning and help to make risks transparent. You will also drive the further development of PMO tools, templates and processes and ensure compliance with KPIs, standards and quality guidelines. Step by step, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of project management and build a solid foundation for your future career in this field.

Coordinate and structure projects along their duration

Create analyses, reports and forecasts for management and project teams

Support with budget and resource planning and risk management

Continuously develop PMO tools, templates and processes

Monitor compliance with central KPIs, standards and quality guidelines

What you should bring with you:

A degree or training in the field of economics, project management, controlling or similar

First practical experience in PMO, project controlling or project management (several years of experience desirable)

Very good knowledge of MS Excel and common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Confluence, Jira)

Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality

Desire for a role with a focus on sustainable project work (part-time possible)
