As a Junior Post Merger Integration Manager (m/f/x), you will provide operational support in the implementation of post-merger integrations within our group of companies. You will work closely with various project managers, our Strategy & Integration Management and specialist departments and ensure that integration projects are planned, managed and documented smoothly. In this role, you are a real interface in day-to-day business and help to ensure that tools, processes and structures mesh.
Coordinate operational tasks and milestones in PMI projects
Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports and checklists
Document project progress and follow up on tasks and workstreams
Organize workshops, onboardings, kickoffs and internal alignment formats
Maintain and structure relevant tools such as Confluence, dashboards, etc.
Play an active role in the preparation and implementation of cross-location projects
A degree or comparable qualification
First professional experience (also through internships/working student activities) in corporate development or process management, ideally from strategy consulting or a start-up environment
High quality standards for your work results and an interest in economic contexts, digitalization topics and market trends
Confident and self-assured appearance and business fluent in German and English
Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, is a plus
