We’re building a platform that makes geospatial AI intuitive, fast, and accessible. That takes serious engineering muscle, and that’s where you come in.




We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who thrives on tough problems and wants to shape the future of geospatial intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll architect systems, ship production code, and mentor a tight-knit team of talented engineers. You’ll work across the entire stack, from cloud infrastructure to user-facing frontend, with full ownership of how things are built and scaled.




What You’ll Own

• Design resilient, distributed systems: microservices that run fast and don’t break.
• Build infrastructure that lasts: cloud-agnostic setups with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Code across the stack: TypeScript and Python on the backend, React on the frontend.
• Optimize data flows for ML, computer vision, and geospatial workloads.
• Mentor and lead: drive technical discussions, review code, and grow a world-class team.



What You Bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems.
• Real-world experience with machine learning pipelines and data-heavy platforms.
• Strong fundamentals with a learning mindset. You adapt fast, share knowledge, and get things done.
• Attention to detail: little things matter as they differentiate cool products from ordinary ones. As a tiny attention test, in your application, you’ll be asked about the number of geospatial products you worked with. The correct answer is 42.
• A passion for ambitious tech and hard challenges: this is not just another CRUD app.
