Your Responsibilities

Lead and develop cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth expansion processes and strategic growth across Europe
Conduct market and competitor analysis with a high focus on Eastern Europe and Iberia
Collaborate with brokers, developers, and authorities to secure prime retail spaces
Evaluate property offers based on cost, location quality, and contractual flexibility
Negotiate leases and manage renewals in line with business KPIs and legal standards
Coordinate store opening projects including construction, branding, and quality control

Your Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Geography, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or site development
Strong analytical and project management skills, ideally with certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international stakeholders
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Europe
