For our Channel Sales Export & License team in Berlin, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours/week) License Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Contract negotiations and processing: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, in close cooperation with the relevant specialist departments, as well as for processing contracts for foreign licenses, domestic licenses, content licenses and printing permits.
• Conditions management: You develop attractive conditions and coordinate these with internal stakeholders.
• Interface function: You work closely with media management to ensure the smooth integration and implementation of license strategies.
• Customer acquisition and existing customer support: You will be responsible for actively acquiring new license customers as well as maintaining and supporting existing license agreements and existing customers.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in the field of rights & licenses, ideally you also have publishing experience.
• You have a degree or comparable qualification in a relevant subject area.
• You have a confident and assertive manner and a solution- and customer-oriented way of working.
• You have a good basic understanding of costing and good negotiation and communication skills.
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner at all times.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and willingness to travel round off your profile.
