Your tasks:
Your individual tasks include:

• Management and development of electrical workshop employees
• Organization, planning, and supervision of maintenance, servicing, and repair work on electrical systems and machines
• Ensuring the availability and operational readiness of production and energy supply systems
• Optimization of systems in compliance with the relevant specifications
• Preparation of service specifications, review of bids, and placement of orders
• Error detection, analysis, and correction, as well as documentation in accordance with company regulations and quality specifications
• Coordination of outsourced labor
  

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as an electrician/electronics technician for industrial engineering
• Further training as a technician or master electrician
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, preferably in a managerial position
• Proven knowledge and specialist training in the field of electrical engineering
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good teamwork and communication skills
