Senior SAP Analytics Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team and work on exciting customer projects across various industries. This is a permanent role located in Germany with hybrid/remote options.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis – Gather and analyze business requirements and provide expert technical consulting.
• System Architecture – Design and conceptualize SAP Analytics solutions primarily leveraging SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA.
• Data Modeling – Develop and implement advanced data models and ETL processes using SAP BW extractors, SAP HANA views, and CDS views.
• Project Management – Take on project or team leadership roles within implementation projects based on experience and interests.
• Business Development – Support new customer acquisition efforts and participate in project tenders.
• Workshops & Training – Lead workshops, deliver training sessions, and contribute to reporting solution design using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Analysis for Office (AfO).

Qualifications

• Education – Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience – Minimum 4 years in SAP BI & Analytics with focus on system architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, or front‑end development and reporting.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in HANA SQL Script, ABAP, and/or SAPUI5 is a strong advantage.
• Working Style – Analytical, systematic, results‑driven approach.
• Personality – Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Languages – Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
