The Team “Software Development Data” develops and supports our data transfers between all of our internal systems as well as interfaces to our clients, designing databases and ETL jobs, building reports, and maintaining a document management solution. We are responsible for the smooth running and system operation and for 2nd level support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and maintain SAS-based applications and data models; analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions with SAS.
• Perform tests and quality assurance for SAS reports.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop reporting and analysis tools.
• Document and train on the solutions developed.
• Drive the development of our data science tech stack by exploring innovative opportunities and steering implementation with the development team.

About You

• Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics or another relevant field.
• At least 6‑8 years of technical experience in the software/IT industry or financial services in development or support functions.
• Experience in data modelling and managing large business data domains.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle database systems.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNOW.
• Experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Good familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Flexible, open, and innovative with a passion to learn and grow continuously.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
