As Marketing & Admissions Manager (f/m/d), you will help shape the positioning and marketing of our programs and play a central role in the active sales process. You will raise the profile of our programs and win over interested parties with outstanding advice and support - combining strategic vision, sales strength, and CRM expertise.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

Your mission

• Project management and independent planning and implementation of marketing and sales projects
• Active telephone consultation and sales support for potential participants—from initial contact to registration
• Structured management of the sales process with Salesforce
• Participation in holistic marketing strategies as well as in the planning, implementation, and performance review of marketing and sales measures
• Creation of target group-specific sales and marketing texts (DE/EN)
• Close cooperation internally (e.g., program management, admissions, central marketing) and external service providers for the continuous optimization of applicant communication and sales processes
• Support in the organization and implementation of information events, trade fairs, and events to attract participants

Your profile

• Degree in economics, business administration, international business/international management, marketing, communications, or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in marketing and/or sales, a combined marketing and sales role, or business development, ideally in the education or service sector
• Proven experience in actively selling products or services that require explanation
• Knowledge of salesforce or comparable CRM systems
• Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
• Knowledge of CMS, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is desirable
• Independent, structured, problem-solving, and proactive approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and dedicated team player
