Responsibilities

Build, manage, and continuously optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., in Salesforce Pardot)
Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns
Take ownership of tracking, monitoring, and reporting of marketing activities across websites, social media, and other digital channels
Develop dashboards and reports to measure success and provide actionable insights
Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and the Events team to align tools and processes effectively
Manage and optimize marketing and sales tools such as Pardot, Salesforce and Asana

Your Profile

Experience with marketing automation tools (ideally Salesforce Pardot)
Solid knowledge of email marketing and best practices
Hands-on experience in tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured way of working
Experience of managing and integrating various marketing and sales tools

Nice to have

Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Adobe)
Industry knowledge in marketing and sales
Strong knowledge of Salesforce is a major plus
