Join our dynamic marketing team, where you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager for Germany & Netherlands and collaborate with the wider marketing function. Requirements of the Role


The Role


As Marketing Campaign Manager for Germany, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing the marketing communication programme across Germany and focus cities. You’ll plan and deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, Google PMAX, BTL, and owned channels, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives. You’ll lead campaign planning and creative development, manage relationships with tourist boards and airports, and activate co-marketing campaigns. You’ll also develop and manage the marketing calendar, execute targeted CRM campaigns, and ensure all activity is strategically integrated across local communication channels. Staying up to date with competitor activity and market trends, you’ll adapt quickly to changing requirements and drive continuous improvement.


What we’re looking for



  • Excellent planning, organisation, and proactive approach

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

  • Creative and innovative thinker, always seeking ways to improve

  • Strong market and local customer knowledge, up to date with online marketing trends

  • Experience in campaign planning, creative development, and media planning for ATL

  • Ability to manage external agencies and suppliers independently

  • Budget management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Marketing experience in FMCG and/or retail, and high-traffic e-commerce environments

  • Strong digital skills and understanding of the local media landscape

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Self-starter with a “can do” attitude, resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a lean team

Practicalities


This full-time role will be based in Germany with occasional visits to the easyJet headquarters in London Luton and visits to the BER office as needed.
