Froedtert ThedaCare Health , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non‑profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C‑Section for our Berlin and Eastridge, WI locations. Practice Highlights

• Full‑ and part‑time opportunities to practice outpatient‑based family medicine w/OB and C‑Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 4 physicians and 6 APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system‑wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours

• Berlin: Mon 8:00‑5:00, Tues/Wed/Thu 7:00‑7:30, Fri 8:00‑5:00
• Eastridge: Mon‑Fri 8:00‑5:00

Call Rotation

Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on‑call provider.

Compensation & Benefits

• Two‑year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start‑up and transition to a production‑based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
