Key Information
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Yearly salary: €60,000 – €65,000 (annual gross)
- Equity: €10,000 – €30,000 in company shares
- Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually
- Work model: Full‑time, hybrid (based in Munich)
Your role
You build our products. You define requirements, specs, drawings and test scenarios for product components. You work closely with suppliers and software teams to evaluate prototypes and define the final product components.
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for system components.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams on the best solutions.
- Test early‑stage prototypes and final solutions according to the requirements.
- Drive documentation in alignment with international standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of low‑voltage electrical distribution and machine safety circuits.
- Design and develop complete electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using tools like EPLAN Electric.
- Experience in CAD design for polymers and metal components (preferably with AutoDesk Fusion).
- Solid experience with electrical components (PLCs, servos, sensors, power supplies, etc.) for industrial control panels.
- Ability to bridge the gap between mechanical, software, and electronics engineering.
- Experience in building prototypes and elevating concepts to pilots and products.
- Expertise in fieldbus communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT).
- Hands‑on experience with industrial automation systems or medical devices.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Team player and open communicator.
- Excited to contribute to a sustainable product.
