Job Overview:

The Medical Director (Global Clinical Development) will lead the global strategy and execution of clinical trials in hematological and solid tumor indications, focusing on radiopharmaceutical therapies. The role requires expertise in clinical development, content leadership, and hands-on study execution in oncology. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver innovative therapies to market.

Your tasks:

1. Lead global clinical development for radiopharmaceutical therapies targeting hematological and solid tumors.
2. Serve as the medical lead for oncology programs, guiding study design, protocol development, data review, and interpretation.
3. Oversee clinical trials from Phase I to Phase III, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and alignment with corporate goals.
4. Manage the clinical study portfolio, ensuring milestones and key endpoints (such as ORR and PFS) are achieved.
5. Prepare and participate in regulatory interactions for submissions, advice, and approvals in Europe and the US.
6. Mentor the clinical operational and development team, fostering collaboration and scientific excellence.
7. Stay informed on advancements in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals to guide clinical strategies.
8. Engage with clinical experts regularly.

Your experience and skills:

• MD or equivalent medical degree; Board certification or specialization in oncology preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development, with expertise in hematological oncology, solid tumors, and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Proven success in clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and leadership in global programs.
• Strong knowledge of Phase I-III trial design and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of theranostic principles and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
