• Your commitment and analytical skills inspire others.
• You possess solid knowledge of common IT programs, billing and calculation software (ideally iTWO), and MS Office.

Work On Progress

You will report directly to the division management and be responsible for the following demanding area:

• You manage steel construction and façade technology construction projects by leading, steering, and controlling your project managers and their teams.
• You monitor the construction site results and independently negotiate contract deviations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Your expertise is valued during the acquisition and development of bid and negotiation strategies. You are involved in the technical and financial evaluation of customer inquiries within sales processes.
• You actively contribute to the strategic and organizational direction of the division, influencing the development of steel construction.
• Retaining employees is important. You support project managers with your technical expertise, recognize potential, and develop it together with the department head within the company.
