We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Continuous analysis and optimization of the company website regarding SEO, usability (GUI), customer journey, and technical functionalities
Management and optimization of interfaces with CRM systems, mailing tools, and other online platforms
Creation, maintenance, and adaptation of content for the corporate website
Ensuring target group–oriented and brand-compliant online communication
Supporting the implementation of new digital tools as well as in the strategic development and expansion of online activities and campaigns
Managing and coordinating external service providers (e.g., web agencies, SEO/SEA agencies, tool specialists)
Collaboration with internal departments (e.g., sales, product management, design) to ensure consistency of communication activities

Degree in online marketing, digital media, communication, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
Extensive experience in website support and optimization as well as project and campaign management
Very good knowledge of online analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo), SEO tools, and CMS systems
An affinity for digital trends and innovations is required
Strong communication and consulting skills
Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
Fluent German and good English skills
