Major Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Management. Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and approved drawings.

Project Planning & Execution. Assist in developing project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

Quality Control & Assurance. Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project specifications. Conduct inspections and address non-conformance issues promptly.

Safety Compliance. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment. Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks for the workforce.

Material & Resource Management. Coordinate procurement and ensure the availability of materials and equipment. Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and control costs.

Technical Support & Problem Solving. Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. Resolve on-site technical issues in consultation with project managers and consultants.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting. Track daily progress, prepare work status reports, and communicate updates to management. Highlight potential delays and recommend corrective measures.

Coordination with Stakeholders. Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Participate in site meetings and provide input on project improvements.

Compliance & Documentation. Maintain proper site records including drawings, permits, and inspection reports. Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Learning. Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and technologies. Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
