Paid Search Marketing Manager – SEAPPC (fmd)

Your Role

As an SEA / PPC expert you’ll play a key role in scaling our paid search activities and driving high-quality traffic and leads to our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns ensuring they’re aligned with our local market strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for the Canadian market
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and A/B testing of ads and landing pages
• Collaborate with analytics, product and content teams to align on campaign goals and performance
• Monitor market trends, explore new ad formats and channels, and test innovative growth tactics
• Report on performance and insights and provide strategic recommendations

Your Profile

• 4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing especially PPC / SEA
• Proven success managing Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns at scale
• Experience with Google Shopping ads or Google Vehicle ads
• Experience managing large budgets and forecasting scenarios
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Looker or similar (programming skills like Java or SQL are a plus)
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Experience with international or North American markets is a big plus
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic agile team
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
