This role can be based in Germany or the UK, and has a hybrid work setup.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for new business and retention targets with assigned partners.
• Develop and execute partner enablement plans that drive engagement, confidence, and performance.
• Identify and lead joint go‑to‑market opportunities to expand reach and accelerate sales momentum.
• Monitor partner performance and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with program management, regional sales management, field and product marketing to align initiatives and create value.
• Represent Logpoint at partner and industry events — strengthening our brand and expanding influence.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or business development within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Proven success driving revenue through channel partners.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions with a focus on detection (SIEM, NDR, Behaviour Analytics) and partner business models.
• Experience creating partner programs, incentives, and joint business plans that deliver results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a strategic, hands‑on approach.
• Confident, structured, and proactive – taking ownership and making things happen.
