About The Role

• Du bereitest die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland vor und arbeitest eng mit unserem externen Payroll Provider zusammen.
• Du stellst sicher, dass alle abrechnungsrelevanten Daten vollständig, korrekt und fristgerecht übermittelt werden – z.B. Eintritte, Austritte, Vertragsänderungen, Benefits und Abwesenheiten.
• Du unterstützt dabei Kontendifferenzen mit unserer Finanzbuchhaltung zu klären.
• Du bist Ansprechpartnerin für Mitarbeitende, HR‑Kolleginnen und externe Partner bei Fragen zur Gehaltsabrechnung und zum Arbeitsverhältnis.
• Du bringst Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Payroll‑Prozesse ein und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung.

About You

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
• Erfahrung mit Payroll‑Tools (z.B. DATEV, SAGE, SAP) und HR‑Systemen.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
