This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of EyeCarePro Inc. We are currently looking for a Practice Growth Sales Representative in Richmond Heights, Ohio, United States.
In this role, you will drive meaningful business growth for independent eyecare practices by leading warm, consultative sales conversations with doctors and industry partners. Rather than cold calling, you will work with prospects already familiar with the brand through referrals, events, or educational sessions. You’ll follow a proven process to uncover client needs, present tailored marketing solutions, and ensure a smooth handoff to client services for onboarding. · Conduct structured sales conversations via Zoom with warm leads referred through events, content, or industry partners.
· Guide clients through a defined process: discovery, marketing needs analysis, and tailored plan presentation leading to close.
· Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, outcomes, and progress within the CRM system.
· Partner closely with client services to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
· Build and nurture relationships with consultants, associations, buying groups, and industry reps to develop referral pipelines.
· Identify opportunities to expand market presence through thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.
· Contribute to shaping the future of sales processes and growth strategies as an early member of the sales team.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in consultative, service-based sales (healthcare, SaaS, marketing, or professional services preferred).
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with proven success in virtual sales environments.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and structured sales workflows.
· A self-motivated, curious, and client-focused approach, with the ability to assess and address business needs effectively.
· Comfort working in a data-driven, process-oriented environment with a growth mindset.
Based in or near Cleveland, Ohio (eyecare industry familiarity is a strong advantage)
