As a Business Value Manager m/f/d for Banking, you will help our customers understand, quantify, and realise the business value of SAP Fioneer solutions. Your role is to work alongside sales and solution teams to develop compelling business cases, quantify ROI, and advise clients on how our technology can accelerate their strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers early in the sales cycle to understand business priorities and strategic objectives
- Develop value-based business cases, quantifying ROI, TCO savings, and efficiency gains from SAP Fioneer solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution consultants to link business value to solution design and capabilities
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the commercial and operational benefits of proposed solutions
- Support RFI/RFP responses with value-focused inputs and cost-benefit analysis
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to prioritise requirements and align on measurable outcomes
- Track and report realised value post-implementation for customer success stories
Requirements
What You Bring
Mandatory:
- 2-5 years of experience in banking technology, consulting, or solution advisory
- Proven ability to create and present business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit calculations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience in working with both business and IT audiences to bridge strategic and technical perspectives
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Preferred:
- Exposure to core banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, SAP)
- Understanding of banking processes
- Familiarity with value engineering or value advisory methodologies from leading vendors or consultancies
- Experience in strategic consulting or transformation advisory in financial services
