This role offers the opportunity to design innovative, user-centered solutions that enhance the experience of customers and support meaningful outcomes. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and customer success—to create solutions that meet user needs and deliver measurable impact. You will be responsible for the full design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and execution. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a curiosity for understanding diverse customer perspectives. You will contribute to shaping the product experience, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the overall product vision.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design process for product requirements, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct usability studies and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions that meet user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and prioritize features based on impact.
• Track and report on key KPIs related to the user experience to inform ongoing design decisions.
• Ensure product designs reflect the company’s brand identity and user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS or B2B product environment.
• Proven track record of designing effective web-based products, from research to delivery.
• Strong visual design skills with a modern digital portfolio demonstrating cohesive product experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and directly with customers.
• Curiosity-driven, detail-oriented, and able to balance creative problem-solving with practical execution.
• Experience conducting usability tests, gathering feedback, and iterating on design solutions.
