Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Management Director (Lighting) with some/fully work from home acceptable. The Product Management Director will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, leading and managing product management activities, and overseeing project management tasks. This role requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Strategy and Product Management of lighting products is a MUST
• Strong Analytical Skills for market and data analysis
• Proven Team Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Expertise in Project Management and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Advanced degree is a plus
