Category Manager – Ceramics

A global homeware product sector leader seeks a strategic Product Manager to oversee its international ceramics portfolio. This role drives product strategy, market growth, and innovation across multiple regions for one of the company’s most significant product categories.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a multi-year global strategy for the ceramics category
• Align product planning with customer needs, sales priorities, and technical capabilities
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams worldwide
• Translate customer and market insights into commercial opportunities
• Manage category-level KPIs, business cases, and growth initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years in product/category management in building materials or related industry
• Proven experience in global or multi-regional product leadership
• Strong business acumen, P&L understanding, and stakeholder management
• Degree in business, engineering, architecture, or related field
• Fluent English (German a strong advantage)
• Comfortable with ~30% international travel
