Produktvision & Strategie:

• Entwicklung und Kommunikation einer klaren Produktvision im Einklang mit der Digitalstrategie des Unternehmens
• Übersetzung von Kunden- und Stakeholderbedürfnissen in eine strategische Roadmap für CP 3.x und CP 4.0
  

Backlog-Management

• Verantwortung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs mit Fokus auf Business Value
• Aufschlüsselung von Feature-Anfragen in umsetzbare User Stories mit klaren Akzeptanzkriterien
  

Stakeholder-Zusammenarbeit
Job Description

• Hauptansprechpartner zwischen Fachbereichen, technischen Teams und externen Partnern
• Durchführung von Workshops und Feedback-Runden mit internen Nutzern und Kunden zur Anforderungsvalidierung
  

Lieferung & Umsetzung

• Leitung von Sprint-Planung, Reviews und Retrospektiven in Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Teams
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Features, Bugfixes und Verbesserungen - mit Fokus auf Qualität und Performance

Governance & Dokumentation

• Pflege aktueller Dokumentation zu Feature-Konfigurationen, Nutzerrollen und Release Notes
• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung interner Governance-Prozesse sowie beim Management technischer Schulden
  

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Überwachung von KPIs und Nutzerfeedback zur iterativen Optimierung
• Förderung von Testautomatisierung, CI/CD und Wartbarkeitsstandards
  

Anforderungen
What's on Offer

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Product Ownership oder digitales Produktmanagement
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit kundenorientierten Plattformen, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Tools (z.?B. Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
• Fließendes Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Microservice-Architekturen und API-getriebenen Plattformen
• Vertrautheit mit Self-Service-Funktionen, Incident Management und digitalen Reporting-Tools
• Hintergrund in den Bereichen Aufzugtechnik, Industrie oder Infrastruktur von Vorteil
