Product Owner & Team Lead – Online Payroll (m/w/d) at TieTalent. Join to shape the future with a focus on agile product development and team leadership in the payroll domain.

Responsibilities

  • As Product Owner (m/w/d) for Online Lohn Entwicklung, translate the product strategy into execution in collaboration with Product Management, Stakeholders, and your Scrum Team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the software development team, customers, and all other stakeholders.
  • Clarify functional and technical requirements with stakeholders and ensure smooth product introduction and ongoing enhancement.
  • In collaboration with Business Analysts, create and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and properly prioritized.
  • Monitor development progress in Daily Scrum and Sprint Review meetings and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • As a leader in Online Payroll development, coach and develop your team members.
  • Work with HR and your area lead to identify and attract talent for the payroll domain.

Qualifications

  • High social competence, excellent communication skills, and an authentic, convincing presence.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Scrum and/or SAFe; practical experience in coaching, mediation, and moderation.
  • Fluent German and English skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical topics.
  • At least five years of experience in product development within an agile environment.
  • Ideally some leadership and development experience with technically oriented development teams.
  • Solid knowledge and relevant experience in payroll processing is desirable.
