Production Manager (trainee)

We are a B2C and B2B company focusing on Anti-Aging through supplementation and healthy lifestyle choices. Our primary customer base is spread across Europe. We sell through our online shop, distributors, and wholesale to retail shops.

This is a trainee position working part-time with opportunities to become full-time. If this doesn't suit your current situation, please do not apply.

You will work in our production department, learning to create finished products, operate automation machines, and manage assembly lines with quality assurance steps from HACCP protocols.

You have a strong teamwork background and love achieving what you set out to accomplish. You understand nothing is more important than customer satisfaction. And you get energy from engaging with people from various backgrounds and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Work the machines! Learn how to make 50,000 capsules a day or 400 products in an afternoon.
• Develop a protocol for maintaining the production environment with sanitary standards in each control center.
• Perform at a higher level in a team, make plans each week and day to achieve our production targets and then nail them.
• Help us develop the processes and steps necessary to grow to the next level.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor\'s degree at an accredited school.
• 3+ years\' experience in production or operations at an e-commerce company or similar.
• A love for a healthy lifestyle and an interest in furthering your commitment to health.
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
• Preference for an Agile Work Environment
• Fluent in English at a professional level
