Program Manager (Remote - India)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with executives, lead strategic projects, and directly manage customer engagement for product implementation. As a Program Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and track key success metrics to ensure outstanding client experiences. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping define and execute initiatives that align with business objectives. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for global customers during product implementation, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop, monitor, and report on customer success metrics to drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and achieving business goals.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Proactively assess potential risks in customer projects and implement mitigation plans.
• Promote strong collaboration across departments including sales, engineering, and support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
