To elevate the external representation of the Helios Cluster Wiesbaden-Main-Taunus, comprising three clinics in Wiesbaden, one in Idstein, and one in Erlenbach, and to strategically and communicatively support important change projects, we are seeking you as soon as possible for a full-time (40h/week) position as Referent Marketing & Unternehmenskommunikation (m/w/d) .

What you can expect

• You will be responsible for public relations, internal communication, and press work, coordinating all public activities for patients, staff, and referrers.
• You will significantly contribute to cultural change, digitalization, and the development of the clinics, aligning marketing strategies with corporate objectives.
• Your tasks include planning and managing the marketing budget, monitoring relevant KPIs, and evaluating their outcomes.
• You will advise the management, chief physicians, and department heads on all communication and marketing inquiries, steering their strategic and operational communication measures.
• Implement, adapt, and roll out corporate campaigns at various locations, and develop local content for newsrooms or PR activities.
• Organize and oversee events.

What you bring

• Completed studies in communication/media sciences, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Diplomatic skills, assertiveness, strategic thinking, and action.
• Creative and inspiring personality.
• High reliability, flexibility, resilience, proactive attitude, responsibility, and decision-making skills.
• Legal proof of measles immunization.
