We’re looking for an independent Regional Managing Director/Self-Employed Partner to spearhead our Business Consulting brand in Western Germany.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Regional Managing Director, you will:

  • Launch and Lead in Germany: Acquire the license for the region giving you exclusive rights to the region (all of Germany except South Germany: Hesse, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg)
  • Recruit and support Franchise Partners: Build and mentor a network of skilled business mentors, ensuring their success as independent franchise partners.
  • Drive SME Growth: Help SMEs achieve transformational results, contributing to the region’s economic development.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
  • Collaborate with local and global peers: Share insights and best practices with thexton armstrong’s local and international network.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
General management / Managing Director / CEO background
Proven success as an independent consultant or coach and ready to scale or,
Business Owners / Entrepreneurs seeking their next significant venture

Skills:
Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
Tenacity and Grit: Perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals.
Curiosity: A people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
Responsive and concise communicator Self-starter

Requirements

You must be passionate about SMEs, comfortable engaging SME Directors as peers, able to turn strategy into execution, and motivated by long-term, relationship-driven results.
Ideally B2B experience in Germany.
Fluent in German
Business fluency in English
A relevant professional network in Germany.
Financial resources to acquire the regional master license and fund the launch & growth of your business.
