thexton armstrong is inviting a senior executive or accomplished entrepreneur to become our Regional Managing Director / Self-Employed Partner for West Germany.

We currently operate successfully in the Netherlands, Belgium, South Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, and are now expanding across West Germany.

Your opportunity

This is a rare chance to build and lead your own consultancy business while being part of a proven and supportive international organisation.

As a Regional Managing Director, you will:

  • acquire exclusive rights for West Germany and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and supporting franchise partners in your region.
  • Acquire exclusive rights for the West Germany territory.
  • Establish and lead your regional consultancy operations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and support local franchise partners.
  • Guide SME owners to improve profitability, performance, and long-term business value.
  • Collaborate internationally with other regional leaders to exchange insights and best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

Background and Experience

15+ years in general management, consulting, or entrepreneurial leadership.
Broad commercial understanding across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, or operations.
Proven track record of improving business performance or building successful teams.
Experience with SME-focused businesses in the B2B sector preferred.

Competencies:

Strategic and commercial acumen.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term view.
Natural leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with business owners and senior executives.
Fluent in German, with good command of English.

Personal Traits

Independent and resilient, motivated by results and impact.
Relationship-driven, pragmatic, and authentic in your approach.
