    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Sidecar Health. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Ohio.

    In this role, you will take ownership of building and expanding broker relationships, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and strengthening the presence of innovative health solutions in the region. You will act as the face of the business in local markets, representing the brand at community events and broker meetings while ensuring distribution partners are well-equipped to succeed. This position offers the opportunity to influence sales strategy, identify new growth avenues, and make a tangible impact on healthcare accessibility. It’s a dynamic role that blends business development, relationship management, and strategic sales execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

    Accountabilities:

    • Drive broker strategy by equipping insurance brokers with the tools, resources, and insights needed to effectively sell products and services.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, general agents, and other distribution partners within the assigned territory.
    • Represent the organization at local broker and community events to strengthen visibility and market presence.
    • Identify, evaluate, and nurture high-value distribution partnerships to support long-term growth.
    • Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to refine sales strategies and support business objectives.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring excellent service and support for partners.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance, either with an insurance carrier or in a broker-focused sales role.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Proven experience establishing and maintaining strong broker and client relationships.
    • Skilled in analyzing market data to support informed business decisions and process improvements.
    • Demonstrated success in health insurance sales and generating leads independently.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
