Your Role

The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the Retail Marketing team to ensure success with our retail partners. You will execute marketing plans, manage in‑store activations, and collaborate closely with sales and technical representatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Marketing Manager and team in planning and executing retail activations for account segments.
  • Coordinate seasonal retail marketing and “always on” POS programs across in‑store and digital channels, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Maintain consistent and visible Brooks brand presence across selected accounts, providing ongoing marketing support to sales and tech reps.
  • Track and manage point‑of‑sale materials distribution across DACH accounts.
  • Monitor activation budgets and coordinate special in‑store and corporate events.
  • Assist in executing vendor shows and retail‑based events.
  • Travel to account meetings and trade shows to present retail marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client buyers and marketing teams for Tier‑2 accounts.
  • Proof and distribute catalogues, tech, and brand activation guides each season.
  • Provide training tools for tech reps and support cross‑functional marketing activities (digital media, PR, influencers, events, e‑comm).
  • Complete quarterly report templates for selected Tier‑2 accounts.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship in Retail, Business, Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year in a marketing/sales role, preferably in sporting goods, retail or lifestyle industry.
  • Fluent in German (absolute requirement) and advanced level in English.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and retail marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel and attend meetings, events and customer offerings.
  • Creative, energetic, trend‑conscious and sport‑savvy.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and graphic programs a plus.
  • Passion for running and an active lifestyle.
  • Driver’s license.
