Responsibilities

• Concept, planning, implementation and follow‑up of retail marketing strategies and concepts
• Strong support for dealers in their marketing activities focusing on maximum effectiveness
• Ensure brand awareness through consistency of activities
• Budget management and cost calculation
• Drive dealer traffic and generate customer leads
• Identify the latest retail marketing trends
• Develop benchmark activities in chosen fields
• Manage the differing approaches between general and dealer marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail marketing responsibilities in automotive
• High degree of creativity and flexibility
• Ability to transform concepts and plans into effective dealer activities
• Demonstrated visible successes in retail marketing
• Proven capacity to convince dealers and central staff to adapt and reinforce retail activities
• Strong initiative and self‑sufficiency in managing dealers
• Affinity with the automotive industry in general
• Good written and verbal skills in German and English
