What will you be doing?

  • As a regional account manager, you are responsible for commercial development in Antwerp & Limburg.
  • Your main task will be to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • You schedule your own appointments and follow up with your customers.
  • You promote the extensive range of HANSA-FLEX products and services.
  • You advise on comprehensive technical solutions and support customers in optimising the management of their hydraulic range.
  • You will develop an action plan to firmly position HANSA-FLEX in your region and to further expand your customer portfolio.
  • Through effective reporting and consultation with your colleagues, you will contribute to a service-oriented environment.
  • You will regularly consult with your Sales Manager about your commercial vision, support needs, and where successes can be achieved.

What do we expect from you?

  • You combine a higher level of thinking with strong technical (hydraulic/mechanical engineering) knowledge and solid technical-commercial experience.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and B2B sales experience are a must
  • Analytical and problem-solving thinking energizes and motivates you
  • You can identify components of hydraulic systems and read hydraulic diagrams.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English and German is a plus.
  • You enjoy developing a regional vision and putting it into practice in an entrepreneurial, action-oriented way.
  • You can communicate fluently and professionally with a wide range of partners and build long-term relationships with your customers.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently.
  • You have an eye for safety, quality, order, and tidiness.
