As a Senior Consultant for the Salesforce Service Cloud (m/f/x), you will advise our customers on the analysis, optimization and digitalization of their service processes. You will bring a deep understanding of processes, industry knowledge and best practices to develop scalable and user-centric solutions - always in close collaboration with project management and other cloud streams. In complex transformation projects, you take on technical responsibility for the service area and accompany our customers through the change.
Carry out requirements surveys in the customer service environment
Analyze and redesign service processes according to best practices
Take technical responsibility for the service stream in multi-cloud projects
Advise on the optimal use of Salesforce Service Cloud functions (e.g. case management, omni-channel, flows, knowledge management, CTI, digital engagement, agent workspace, Einstein bots)
Work closely with project management, development and other specialist departments
Play an active role in the further development of our service portfolio and coach younger team members
Several years of experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions, especially with the Service Cloud
Sound knowledge of customer service and the associated processes
Experience in the technical management of the service area within larger Salesforce projects
Ability to precisely grasp customer requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
Strong communication skills, advisory skills and customer orientation
Ideally Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator or Platform App Builder
