Work location: Munich - first 3 weeks & Frankfurt - 1 week (for each month).

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP IS Utility – Customer Engagement (Product Portfolio) to join our SAP Utilities team.
The consultant must have at least 2 greenfield SAP IS-U implementations in Utilities, with experience as a solution analyst to facilitate Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, and document business process designs.
The analyst should understand client utility product offerings for the industry and different customer segments.
The consultant should be capable of leading a team of consultants and communicating complex requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Meter to Cash processes, including SAP IS-U/CRM/C4C and other CX products.
• Facilitate business workshops for requirements gathering in the electricity and gas industries for various product offerings.
• Possess a good understanding of and communicate effectively with other business streams (customer service, metering & device management, billing & invoicing, finance).
• Deep understanding of SAP IS-U modules (e.g., Device Management, Billing, FICA) and specific billing functionalities for tariffs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations in the utilities sector.
• Exposure to other SAP technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BRF+, Fiori Apps) is an advantage.
• Support product integration via UPIL interface.
• Describe requirements including concepts for products and tariffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Broad expertise in energy industry processes.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas).
• Practical experience with SAP IS-U/UC4G.
• Knowledge of product and contract configuration in IS-U.
• Practical project experience in product development.
• Fluent in English; German minimum B1 level.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites in Munich and Frankfurt – approximately 3 days per week.
