    We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client relationships within a dynamic fintech environment. This role blends client-facing leadership with internal coordination, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing deep partnerships, driving expansion opportunities, and collaborating across teams to optimize client success. With strong communication and business acumen, this position allows you to influence key stakeholders, manage complex accounts, and contribute directly to the growth and retention of strategic clients.

    Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients, fostering strong executive-level relationships.
    • Plan, organize, and facilitate client meetings, including strategic and tactical sessions.
    • Monitor and report operational metrics related to client health, such as adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Coordinate with internal teams—including Product and Operations—to address client needs and drive improvements.
    • Assist with escalations or challenging client requests, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Drive new business growth through expansion and upsell initiatives with existing clients.
    • Manage client onboarding, training, renewals, and retention processes.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of professional experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing client relationships.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging at all decision-making levels.
    • Proven success in building and growing client relationships while achieving business objectives.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently.
    • Strong business acumen and financial services knowledge preferred.
    • Adept at navigating client feedback, maintaining positive relationships, and driving client satisfaction.
    • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to perform under pressure while exercising sound judgment.
