It’s a unique opportunity to create, build, and implement technical strategies from the ground up, influencing how we design, manage, maintain and develop our assets for years to come during our assets life-cycle. **Your Mission**As the **Senior Asset & Maintenance Manager**, you will be the driving force behind the development of asset and maintenance structures at our Stachovice site.Your mission is to design and implement lifecycle strategies that keep our facilities, equipment, and energy systems safe, reliable, and compliant – while also enabling continuous improvement and innovation.**You will:*** Lead the development and regional implementation of lifecycle asset and maintenance strategies across BSP sites.* Design and deploy preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies in close cooperation with site and operations leaders.* Empower and lead a team of supervisors and technicians across multiple locations.* Manage regional maintenance and site CAPEX budgets.* Oversee technical management of change – from concept and purchase through installation to ramp-up.* Define maintenance strategies for the pharmaceutical (excipients) environment and foster collaboration with internal experts and external partners.* Ensure effective spare parts management, planned maintenance, and technical compliance (GMP, ATEX, machine and pressure equipment directives, etc.).* Deliver technical training, lead root cause analyses, and support the implementation of new technical processes.* Implement Asset Integrity Programs, evaluate asset conditions, and act as a regional guide for DACH and CEE sites.* Align the Maintenance Strategy accordingly to the Site Asset Target Picture and Asset Strategy **What You Bring*** University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).* At least 10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or production in a manufacturing environment.* Strong background in GMP, OPEX, and maintenance programs within aseptic or cleanroom settings.* Proven leadership experience in a multinational environment and matrix organization.* Hands-on experience in purchasing and installing new technical lines and equipment.* Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance long-term vision with daily execution.* Fluency in Czech and English is a must.* Polish language skills are a plus.* Be part of one of the key strategic projects in our pharma industry.* Play a pivotal role in building and shaping new structures and standards for the EMEA region.* Work in an international environment where your ideas truly make an impact.* Join a company where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.* Help us create the technical foundation for the future of our operations.If you’re a forward-thinking engineering leader with a passion for innovation and excellence, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and become part of this exciting journey of growth, creation, and transformation!
