As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of OT and IT, designing cutting-edge solutions that connect PLCs, sensors, and industrial PCs to the cloud — helping global customers transform their factories into data-driven, highly efficient operations.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of OT-IT convergence solutions that enable manufacturers worldwide to realize the benefits of digital transformation and lean operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Support for PoC & Rollout
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept projects
- Collect, analyze, and present data for decision-making
- Scale successful pilots into full production deployments
- Verify seamless connectivity between PLCs/industrial PCs and cloud/edge systems
- Solution Implementation & Optimization
- Deploy OT-IT systems and services on-site at customer facilities
- Enhance cloud connectivity and IIoT support for OT devices
- Adapt solutions for compliance with industry standards and customer-specific needs
- Service & Customer Support
- Provide maintenance and ongoing technical support for OT-IT systems
- Act as a trusted partner for customers during their smart factory journey
What You Bring
- Experience designing connectivity for PLCs, sensors, and robots with cloud/edge/on-premise systems
- Real-time data synchronization and time-series control design
- Industrial networking expertise (OPC UA, MQTT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP)
- Hands-on experience with edge computing tools (Node-RED, Docker, Kubernetes)
- IoT device management and integration with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- PLC programming and configuration (e.g., Omron, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc)
- High-level language programming (C++ / Python)
