Drive High-Impact Solutions : Tackle complex, real-world energy challenges with pragmatic, high-performance code. Your work directly improves the efficiency and resilience of industrial energy systems across Europe.

Build for Growth & Resilience : Own the full backend lifecycle from infrastructure (Heroku/AWS) and CI/CD to monitoring, testing, and optimization. Help us make our systems robust, scalable, and future-ready.

Lead by Example : Write production-grade code every day while providing technical direction. Support fellow engineers and set high standards in code quality, collaboration, and team culture. Help shape the growth and mindset of our tech team.

Own Delivery End-to-End : You’ll work onsite-first in a cross-functional team with short cycles and fast feedback. From idea to deployment, you drive and own every step of the process.

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating backend systems.
• You’ve written production-grade software (microservices, APIs, etc.) in Python.
• Your strong grasp of architecture, security, and scalability allows you to design elegant solutions that are robust today and extensible tomorrow.
• You are comfortable in modern cloud-native environments, whether it’s Heroku, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• You have experience working in a DevOps setup: CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Clean, maintainable code matters to you, and you’re always looking for ways to improve how things get built.
• You lead by example: Mentoring teammates, collaborating cross-functionally, or integrating AI tools to get things done smarter.
• You think like an owner, not just an executor: proactive, curious, and hands-on.
• Bonus: Interest in energy systems, optimization algorithms, or sustainability.
