About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on, can‑do Senior Business Development Manager to join our Munich office. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe, especially in Central, Eastern, and Southeast regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Nuvoton in Europe in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

While the role involves frequent travel, your base will be our Munich office, where close collaboration with the local team is essential. Please note that this is an on‑site position ; remote or home office work is not planned at this stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in embedded systems across the target regions
• Visit and engage with potential customers (>50% travel)
• Support the European market development strategy
• Collaborate closely with a small, agile team in Munich
• Represent Nuvoton at industry events and customer meetings

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field (Marketing backgrounds also welcome)
• Experience:
• Basic understanding of embedded systems
• Proven track record in embedded system sales is a strong plus
• Languages:
• Fluent in German and English
• Any Eastern European language is a strong advantage
• Excellent network within automotive Tier 1 suppliers and automotive OEMs
• Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) is highly desirable
