About Our Client
Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um ein international agierendes, mittelständisches Produktionsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit mit Sitz im Großraum Köln. Zur Verstärkung des Finance-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Senior Controller (m/w/d) .
Job Description

• Verantwortung für das Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreporting inklusive Kommentierung und Abweichungsanalysen
• Erstellung von Budget-, Forecast- und Investitionsplanungen
• Weiterentwicklung des internen Kosten- und Leistungsrechnungssystems, insbesondere im Produktionsumfeld
• Unterstützung und Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
• Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und Reportingstrukturen
• Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen (OEE, Rüstzeiten, Ausschuss, etc.) und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (z. B. Digitalisierung, ERP-Optimierung)
  

The Successful Applicant

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Bilanzanalyse und Produktionscontrolling
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Analytisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
