The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Berlin team. This is a full-time, permanent role with an excellent benefits package available for the right candidate.
As Senior Engineer, you’ll act as the lead on small to medium-scale projects while contributing to the delivery of larger, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, residential, cultural, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. You’ll work closely with clients and design teams, taking responsibility for defining scopes, managing budgets, overseeing reporting, and ensuring technical excellence throughout project delivery.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, reviewing their design work, and contributing to a supportive environment that helps them reach their full potential.
Your Experience
You Should Have

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• At least 5 years' experience in electrical design within a consultancy environment
• Excellent technical knowledge and an innovative approach to problem solving
• Chartered or Associate Engineer status (or working toward it)
• Experience leading or coordinating MEP designs on projects of varying scale
• Familiarity with relevant German building standards is desirable
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
