The Ecovacs Europe Senior GTM position will develop and execute strategic go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for our home robotics products across European markets. It requires at least 5 years of proven experience in Europe, strong GTM expertise, and a solid background in product marketing or product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategies for European markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with headquarters and European teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless launch execution.
• Define localized product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
• Analyse market dynamics and competitive insights to support executive decisions and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; overseas work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Europe in GTM, R&D, or product marketing; experience in consumer electronics or home robotics highly desirable.
• Solution-driven and results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong market insights, excellent product presentation, project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to interpret market data and consumer insights into actionable strategies; proficiency in Excel for data processing.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
• International outlook with willingness to live and work in Europe, and flexibility to travel as required.
• Valid German or European driver's license preferred.
